Every year I was sent on an overseas excursion on behalf of the company to celebrate. What do you like about working at Best Buy?

"I like working there because the atmoshpere is comfortable and I love the people I work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very positive."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"Even though I'm a part of management I part time and I do not have any benefits outside of the employye discount."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would reconsider there operations structure and profit reporting. The overall logistics structure makes way too many mistakes for a major retailer and the profit and loss reporting make store fight instead of compete with one another."
