"Be prepared, research position, project if possible and take that extra second to think your answer through before speaking. they could very well bring in a suprise knowlegable person to evaluate your answers or quiz you in specific areas related to your position."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Not enough accountability it seemed at times for quality of applications. At times seemed more about the bonus deadlines than the quality of the product. Quantity vs quality that didn't agree at times with my old school values."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide a little more accountability for the end product, even if it maybe means risking losing a little bonus as some of these systems are the cornerstone of applications that peoples lives could depend on. It will come back in spades of goodwill later."
