"They changed my title without telling me. A title not even remotely describing my job, which put me into the lay off bucket. ! This happened 6 months prior to getting full retirement."

"I was never brought on as a regular employee. I was a vendor the whole time I worked there."

"That little by little the company is only focusing only in business, and losing track of the great people, that once was the company number one priority."

"I believe that the old style management was way more effective that the new one; go back to the original values, make the people commit to work for a great company, inspire young people, be more flexible with new age people's needs because times changes."

"I was there when company went through lay-offs for the first time in their history while executing a plan to bridge more senior employees toward retirement. Although I was not affected, it was a major cultural shift for the company."

"Get back the long term loyalty. Recreate the culture where employees would want their own kids to work at IBM."

"Keep treating employees like family. The helps keep employee morale at a high."
