"IBM is still a great company to work for. Be prepared to spend a lot of hours working and change is constant."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Outsourcing. IBM has lost a lot of it intellectual capital over the past 5 years to outsourcing. This is not a direction that myself or others still with the company are comfortable with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more assertive about what you want. Just do it attitude is 1990's. Use more leverage to retain your resources and progress the Customer Satisfaction benchmark."
