"I like do my job when they ever let me. They have me doing other things that is not my job. I do enjoy most of my team mates. They like working together."

"Don't expect a good hourly pay or raise. If they tell you they are going to move you up, take this with a grain of salt. If you are a good worker expect to be doing yours and everyone else job."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"I am often put in areas that is not part of my job. I have experience to move in a higher position and have been told that they want me there and never seem to put me there. My boss really don't know where she wants me to work when I come in and I know what I am suppose to do but some of the time I am not doing it. Team mates, some, are team players other are lazy, complainer and do there job slow that I am the one that gets pick because they know the work will be done and quick. I don't get recognize for the job I do. I will always be put in places where they need the job done quick and right which mans I am always working and picking up someones slack that is not my job. They pay is lousy. I get 22-25,000, if that, and the raises are small. Hours also gets cut a lot."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have the worker do what they were assigned to d for their position. I would like my supervisors and team mates work together and on the same pages to get thig done in a fun and quick manner. I would also recognize the worker that stands out and look for them a position in which they can grow and be at a higher level. I would want my employees to come to work in a fun environment and not feel like its just a job."

"I don't like one thing about working at Walmart. It sucks and has terrible management."

"Do not believe anything they say to you. All they do is tell nothing but lies."

"Know that there are rules and policies that place your manager against you. Ask for a big salary upfront because raises are a joke in this organization. They now moved to San Bruno to a new building on Cherry Street, they got rid of cubicles and now everyone can hear everyone and everyone looks at you when you speak... this is NOT collaborative at all! I'd rather stayed in Brisbane."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"Plain and simple , my manager simply did not like me and did everything in his power to set me up for failure. I never had a problem with any managers before. I am not playing the victim...this was what it was."

"I would lead by example, I would not have a manager type that drives everyone away, actually spend the monies allotted to my team ON MY TEAM."

"Go elsewhere, go run, it's not worth the time nor the headache."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"The lying, cheating, backstabbing, snooping, spying on you during your personal time away from the job. Lack of communication, lack of an actual Open Door Policy - that's a joke. Management will defend management, and fire you, even if you're not in the wrong. The hiring of inept people as managers. The lack of benefits, how they hire everyone part time so they don't have to pay you benefits, and will work you full time for 2 weeks, and then give you next to no hours for 2 weeks to avoid making you full time."

"To have a manager, they should know how to be a proper manager. One that knows how to make a proper schedule, where one person is not doing all of the work."
