"I really do not enjoy this type of work. The environment is hostile and upper management does not value their lower level managers."

"No, do not work for this company unless you really need the money. The playing field is not leveled and work is always left on the table. This job only benefits upper management."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"I don't like that Walgreens is very dishonest when it comes to the way they promote their managers. Many great managers are overlooked because Walgreens does not have an adequate system in place to promote the right person for the job."

"Promote the person most qualified for the position and not the most verbal or vocal candidate."
