"It began pretty good but then went way down hill."

"The only decent part about working there was working the floor from time to time, since you would have some freedom (sometimes)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have examples of past experience for the actual interview. If you plan on working as a service clerk, even if they ask you what days you can't work they won't pay any attention to that."
What don't you like about working at Walgreens?
"Mostly everything, it begins with the managers not caring at all about their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay attention to what the employees tell you, when I couldn't work one day and I informed the manager of this, it went ignored until the day before where I reminded them. I still got called and asked if I was coming into work that day. Also, mature a little bit. I am much younger than the store manager and my maturity level is clearly much higher."
What do you like about working at Walgreens?
"Some coworkers actually do their job and work with one another to get things done."

"Keep pushing for advancement and have the information to back it up."
What don't you like about working at Walgreens?
"Management doesnt communicate with employees. Too much babying and not enough letting employees learn from mistakes and grow positively in the workplace"

"I would work toward communicating goals and efforts to raise morale and confidence in my employers/not baby them."
