What do you like about working at Walgreens?

"The company as a whole has potential for career advancement."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you want to work for a company where you don't have to do your job correctly and you brown nose your District Manager with sales, then you are in the right place."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"Career advancement is all in what or how many managers you are friends with. Because the managers are who review you to the District Manager for advancement. Everyone should be able to work close to home and not allow managers to pick there friends to work with. I cannot work at the store next to my house because the manager is not friends with me and he chose an EXA he is friends with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It does not matter... the managers are the king and queens of the store and they are allowed to be rude to you if you are not friends with them. I am not coming to work to brown nose my manager. I want to come to work and be noticed for once of my hard work."
