"I was always working to increase the store gross and decrease shrink, it was very challenging but worth it in the end."

"It has an awesome benefit package and great profit sharing option. Think long term, not short term of your employment."

"The hiring has been frozen because when they bought Duane Reade, they underestimated the deal and had to lay people off."

"Continue to be a team player, have small incentives for employees to boost up their attitude."

"At Walgreens I worked very hard, but it was more than worth it. I was promoted three times in only four months."

"Yes, be very confident in your abilities, and show them that you are truly there to see how you can help Walgreens. Not how Walgreens can help you."

"Unfortunately after I was promoted to the pharmacy, I learned that there was a major lack of hours available to the Pharmacy Techs."

"I believe the management is doing a wonderful job, and should continued on that path."

"Some of the management personel do not have the expirience needed to be supervisors at a store."

"To further the screening process and how those in charge can handle their position at work."
