What do you like about working at Walgreens?

"Walgreens provides us a great opportunity to help patients access their medications. We provide consultation and other convenience services for our patients. We are right there when patients need us. I felt rewarded when I saw customers were satisfied with our services."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Walgreens is great company to work with. It provides great benefits and flexible schedule."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"I don't like that Walgreens cut our working hours. None of us are full 40 hours per week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should come to store level and review the needs of each stores to make a reasonable budget plan."

"I appreciated actually having a job and looked forward to possibility of moving up in the company until I got sick and had to leave work."

"Good luck and I hope you have a better experience with them than I did."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"I think that the restructuring of the company was done by people that have no experience actually working in a store. Unreasonable expectations and no compensation for appreciation of the employees they do have."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Walgreens needs to go back to some of their old customs of the four way test and there mission statement. With the economy I think they have gotten greatly derailed as to how to treat their employees"
