"Politics and complacency. Management all the way up and down are generally afraid of rocking the boat so you have to bury your opinion and desire to to something great for our service men and women at the door to survive. Unfortunately the company will not grow any new usable skills but you can certainly waste away some really good skills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean house. If you really want to change and be the best to serve those who deserve your dedicated efforts, then clean out the baggage you carry. This is a great institution that has been taken over by the good old boy network and complacency."

"Upper management, at times, were concerned more over their successes than ensuring that their own staff was successfully, thus reflecting a positive impact on themselves."

"Continue to work with their people and ensure that the seasoned employees are their most valuable asset to the organization, and make every attempt to hang on to them as it was 20 years ago."
