"Advancement potential meager, while purporting tp care about military was like all financial services/insurance companies interested more in providing products for profit sake than member needs."

"Talk to the military about needs, focus groups with military with honest feedback, do not be just another financial services company. Middle management that has never served does not know what it means to serve."
