Management all the way up and down are generally afraid of rocking the boat so you have to bury your opinion and desire to to something great for our service men and women at the door to survive. Unfortunately the company will not grow any new usable skills but you can certainly waste away some really good skills."

"Clean house. If you really want to change and be the best to serve those who deserve your dedicated efforts, then clean out the baggage you carry. This is a great institution that has been taken over by the good old boy network and complacency."
