I am glad I decided to finally pursue something I would love to do, which is fight for my country and be willing to die for not only my country but my Battle Buddies to my left and right. "I do not have any suggestion because ARO is a great place to work."

"Joining the Army is very rewarding in so many ways, but what I have found most rewarding is what I have learned from others."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"I was able to learn about my position, and although I was ready to take a followers position, my ideas where not looked at because of my pay grade. Also, information was hoarded and never shared; limiting the possibility of innovating the team's ideas."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communication is key when working as a team. Therefore, make sure to keep all key positions informed to accomplish their mission."
