"The pace of the work environment is unusually inconsistent with industry, in terms of project deadlines final decisions with respect to purchases and organizational development and hiring. Additionally, it is top-heavy in politics and personality clashes and egos."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Completely re-engineer hiring process and organizational structure!"
