"Don't do it unless you're willing to live a disciplined lifestyle, it's not something you can 1/2 ass."

"We killed people for oil. Intel was poor and wrong most of the time."

"Military action should be an extreme last resort as outlined in US Army doctrine."

"There is not much that management can do as the DOD makes all decisions."

"I am transitioning from Active Duty due to all of the deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan."

"None really. The military is a very polished well working machine."
"I've worked for the Army for 5 years now and it has been quite the adventure. It has its ups and downs of course. However for me you get out what you put in with the Army so I try to stay positive."
"Working for the Army was a great experience. I met a variety of people, and I visited many places. The most important thing I value from working there was that I was able to learn new skills and render them in everyday tasks. The few things that I was not pleased with were that promotions are not based on competence, and that there seems to be a decrease in respect for authority."
