Money is a little short and can make performing research difficult. Significant amount of bureaucratic red tape makes getting simple materials slow but otherwise great experience great people. "Growth opportunity is limited to federal budget. Current federal budget limits possibility of upward mobility."

"Keep growing employees as you are doing and keep pushing for upward mobility of employees. This will ensure better retention."
