You are still held accountable for things you may not have even been trained on yet. Management is constantly over your shoulder and in some cases, watching over you with hidden cameras. You put in a 48+ hour work week which can easily turn into 65 without notice. Extensive travel within the tri-county area is required."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect the training period and work/life balance of all employees."
