"Working at the West Covina Sears was the worst mistake of my life!! The backstabbing, favoritism, & lack of hours were the backbone of this place. Just about everyone I had originally started working with was all pushed out. The only person working from opening till at least 1 pm was me(there were 3 floors). Didn't have the need to go to the gym when I spent my whole shift running up & down between all the floors(being paged for different floors was always fun or looking in the back when I got paged) The KidsVantage was a joke for employees god forbid one of us to use it but have a customer bring something from so long ago you don't recognize it is No Problem. Fitting rooms were disgusting not from just the amount of clothes but from nasty customers p**ing, sh*tting, or vomiting or the cherry on top fuc**ng in them!!"

"I didn't like the pay and opportunity for growth. I didn't like the demand of work - no work-life balance working in a store."

"Always work with your team and be flexible. If they do a good job let them know. Don't give them a bad review just because you need to meet a certain quota."
