"I liked being on the road and meeting new people. I loved helping people remodel their homes and creating a new space for them and their family."

"If you don't have money in savings, I would not recommend this position."

What don't you like about working at Sears?

"The commission structure was inconsistent, and there was no reimbursement for phone or auto (minimal gas reimbursement). At the end, it cost me to work there."

"There needs to be a base salary in place along with an auto and phone allowance."

"When the economy crashed, the sales were directly related to the housing market and finance. People stopped buying 10000 to 30000 products. The job is 100% commission."

"Go back to the old method of pay, base salary plus commission, which will not waste so much on turnover/training and will create a more veteran staff."
