"The store manager was a dysfunctional idiot! He had a tendency to blame all of his own shortcomings on those around him, mainly the ASMs."

"Keep a better eye on the ASMs who can most likely do a better job than the SM. In my case the district manager was the previous store manager, and while she was nice and very competent, she only conversed with the SM and backed all of his decisions, which was a horrible mistake and led to horrendous store morale!"
