"There was really not enough to do for me as there were so many schedulers and only so many opportunities"

"Review the performance reports of your supervisors and managers. Be alert that if a manager can not keep their people that something is wrong"

"If you're a manager with connections to a senior manager at Raytheon, and you have no experience or knowledge of the area you'll be managing, you'll be very welcome (until you decide you want another promotion, for which you'll be disqualified because they never promote from within). If you're anything else, don't waste your time. Run away as fast as you can!"

"The culture is increasingly autocratic and bureaucratic, with management egos and politics taking priority. Management positions are always filled from outside, sending the message that employees aren't valued and there's no hope of advancement. The standard reward for good performance is more work for the same pay."

"Recognize that the people in the cubicles know something, and listen to them rather than just demanding they shut up and follow orders."

"Beware the company has highs and lows. When sales are good it is busy and a great place to be. The opposite is also true."

"First would have to be the people. Next would be the location and then building."

"Personally , the commute is too far for me ( 4hrs on the highway per day)"

"I am interested in the project. There are always have expert engineers to help whenever I need help."

"Need to know about software life cycle and Ada/C. Need to know lab trouble shooting"

"Lab equipment and time are limited. Most of the time I have to wait for others to use the lab when needed"

"Need to hire more candidates. We are overload with our tasks."
