"Raytheon is a technology leader and offers a wide range of jobs. At the same time, some programs within the company are becoming stale or losing budget. This makes it very disheartening due to the lack of pay raises, better positions, and the extra work load that is needed to make on from the lack of hiring.Not all programs are in the same situation."

"The diverseness. Every build was totally different and a real challenge which I always looked forward too."

"Always be prepared. The copmpnay looks for best and you need to preseent yourself as the best!"

"First would have to be the people. Next would be the location and then building."

"Make sure you constantly are working on bring new busines in. It's a shame that you are letting go of many talented people!"
