"Too much in-breeding, lousy quality, disorganized, too many conflicting cultures, dumb-ass politics, incompetent Program Managers, P/M too powerful, conflict of interests, unethical behavior in mid-management"

"Fire more of managment. Hire from outside the industry. Company needs to take responsibility for their own designs and processes and work towards COTS... spend some time in telecom, an analogous industry to see how real quality and efficiencey works."
