"The thing I like about working at Northrop Grumman was the fact that I got to learn a lot about Ship Design, Auto CAD, Catia. I've gotten the opportunity to sit in on design meetings and meet other designers with different disciplines."

"There is nothing not to like."

"The management team was great and fair. Keep up the good work."

"They have a bottle neck effect, people are stuck in senior designer positions because they have put limit on how many people can move to the next level based on how many people are in a group."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote as they see fit not based on how many people are in the group the person is in, it wasn't always like that."
