"Try to keep the invaluable, skilled employees you have on the Managed Services side. Keep them informed of management decisions."

"I had a great immediate supervisor. He had great vision and leadership abilities. We were doing a 6 million dollar network refresh. I had plenty of new toys to play with."

"Upper management was indecisive. This cost Northrop the contract with City of Grand Rapids."

"Northrop is a huge company, I would only hope that they take care of the little guy a little better."
