"The high turn-over rate that I saw with employees and management in my district often led to having to either A. Constantly retrain new employees or B. Have to adhere to new rules and strategies set in place by every manger and their new style of running a team."

"Every manager no matter if its customer service, sales, or general, should have the same information and adhere to the same policies. What one should allow or not allow, others should do the same."

"There's not a whole lot to like. Since the company was purchased by new owners the direction has changed for the worst. Our original team is being dismantled and replaced by low cost replacements."

"Don't do it. The new management is absolutely terrible. This is not a company that will reward you for anything. Everyone is disposable here."
