"You can do better. Find someplace else to work where management shows that they value their employees by treating them well."

"Upper management exhibits a culture of dishonesty, poor decision making, and puffed up egos. Moreover, they don't understand basic human psychology--they have forced a quota system for appraisals which has created a disastrous lack of trust between first line managers and employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the quota system for reviews. Give up on this idea that punishing people with zero raises is going to get them to work harder--you're just destroying morale. Get rid of the culture in upper management where it is ok to lie to employees. Support your first line managers--take some responsibility for your actions, and don't give them such limited options when it comes to assigning appraisal ratings and salary increases."

"I like that I am able to make key programming decisions."

"Be weary during the interview process. They paint a pretty rosy picture of life at the foundation (hours, work/life balance, nature of the work, etc.), however it's not until after you begin working that you get the real experience."

"Leadership is close-minded and lacks innovation. They believe in the old saying if it's not broke, don't fix it. As a result, our work is often redundant and inefficient because leadership does not value feedback."

"I would listen to the feedback my employees provide. This is a very important characteristic for an effective leader. Unfortunately, this is a characteristic our leadership does not embody."

"I enjoyed the customer service aspect of the job. I appreciated it when a customer would comment about the cleanliness of the store. The company was very efficient with ordering and other day to day operations."

"It depends on whether or not you will be working for a franchised store or corporate. If it is for corporate, make sure to follow the rules and it'll all work out well."

"It seemed corporate was a little too involved in certain aspects of the company. The franchisee did not have complete autonomy."

"Don't apply for IT jobs in the company, there have the worst management.If apply for Sales position, make sure you're star achiever and can handle the stress of getting higher sales target very often.Most of the staff get hired was through introduction, that shows how desperate this company washighest turn around record in Malaysia. If you're experience and they call you for an interview, ask for more salary."
What don't you like about working at TeleDynamics?
"MIS / Bizmap IT department is not goal oriented, more to ad hoc style.You're expected to program, support and manage daily(fire fighting). No recognition for staff and the indian chinese Senior Manager likes to blame others for her own fault.Salary increment and bonuses is lowest of the low in Malaysia IT industry."

"To let other staff know their plan ahead of time.To recognise staff for their hard work done.Provide more employee benefits like over time.Don't constantly blame staff and don't scold staff in meeting.Do scolding in close door as wasting others people time.Keep meetings short, don't talk grandfather stories of how great you're when its time to go back."
