"Don't work for US Steel."
What do you like about working at United States Steel?
"There are alot of good people working there. Pay/Benefits are decent."

"Do not work here unless you are desperate for a job."
What don't you like about working at United States Steel?
"This company is running on it's reputation from 50 years ago but it's no longer that same company and nor are the pay or benefits.Cons Their management philosphy is 50 years old. Most managers line of thinking is to do things the US Steel way and often times it's a completely outdated management practice or a technologically dated practice.Human Resources is worthless. Plan on seeing them the first few days of employment and never again.Upper management is long on promises to individuals for the future and short on keeping them. Generally people who are promoted are either one of the chosen few or are related to someone in upper management (nepotism is encouraged and rampant.The new ERP system which they've been working on for many years and have spent hundreds of millions of dollars on has many shortcomings and is hampering the commercial side of their business.Advice to Senior Management Update management philisophy,mentality and culture to the 21st century. Treat your employee's like professionals. Lie less often, live up to what you promise more often."

"Keep your promises to employees, treat them like professionals, promot from within and not by nepotism."

"MGH is small and people know each other, they have some really good people there who are patient centric."

"Its a good place if you are unmotivated, do not like change and are only needing a step stool to get experience and move on."

"The company does not support its employees. Its top heavy and doesn't focus on what's important to the patient."

"Place the money in patient/employee safety, care and things that may make the hospital sanitary."

"Microthermics is a toxic workplace that provides only dead-end opportunities. Be prepared to invest in blood pressure medication, constantly watch your back, and justify your expertise to the uninitiated and unknowing. My advice Avoid this workplace at all costs."

"They have alot of communities and there seems to be possibilities for advancement"

"Dont interview. If your existing company will keep you, STAY with them. There are no chances for advancement with Orion, and there are few decent jobs left to move into once they fire you."
What don't you like about working at Orion Real Estate Services?
"Lies. Supervisors will promise you great opportunities to stay with them when they take over a community then fire you 30 days later. She tells corporate that you quit without notice so they will not even respond to your pleas, meaning you cannot count on Human resources to resolve any dispute or to transfer you. She also has her own people she brings to work on the property and they answer only to her. 2 weeks into working with the team pay attention to how the team ignores your instruction... the end is coming."

"Seriously Have an exit interview with the employees. Dont assume everyone quits without notice."

"Nothing! Very poorly run. Management has no clue what they are doing."

"Loved the co-workers. Quality of product is good. Upper management is the worst I've ever experienced."

"Be very cautious. Find out who you will report to. Get specific expectations. Ask if you will have any decision making ability or if you will be more like a puppet."

"Micro-managing. Management tries to play employees against each other. Not worth any salary they would pay you."

"Replace the Director of Administration. Turnover is extremely high, so replacing this individual may help to keep good employees who would be much more productive and successful."

"There is no plan, no structure, no job descriptions, no titles, no career path."

"First and Foremost I would have a plan and communicate it. The direction of the company changes based on which way the wind is blowing at a particular moment. Foster a cross departmental collaborative environment. Back the employees and give them a clear career path rather than constantly reshuffle people among departments."
