"My advice is to look for other opportunities. You never get to know about the company until you go to bed with it. I joined thinking it was a great place to work for, then I found out the bad things as time went by.I wish someon told me about this company before I accepted the position as a manager.Be aware that they are putting good things at the web in many bad companies just to get good people."
What don't you like about working at PharMEDium?
"Too much micromanagement from Chicago head office. There is a lot of shouting going on between Chicago and Sugarland. Just listen in the GM office.I would not recomment this business to any candidate. There is no work life balance.I am a salary-exempt worker putting in 50 hours a week and you will not feel appreciated by the management. The Chicago based owner is the biggest jerk and he hires jerks to make life miserable in the distant facilities. Many managers have left the company when I was there. Very stressful environment. Avoid this company at all cost. The business starts at 3 AM up to 9 PM. Expect little work life balance if you are a manager."

"I would care for the employee first. Assure that employees are happy productive workers. The owner of the company is more interested in money."
