"The CEO needs to wake up and see how the employees are treated by the COO. The companys profit might be up here or there but the company is losing money everyday because store managers and sales are fed up with having their jobs treatened by the COO. There is so much dislike of the COO because the way he treats people. Most employees are fed up and wanting new jobs., We lose good employees all the time because of the coo"

What do you like about working at Zerve?
"When I interviewed at Zerve, I was impressed by the smart yet fun team and the opportunities to take on really exciting challenges even at a young age. The company has consistently delivered on these two things in the years I've been here! My coworkers are an amazing group of people who are both very hardworking and fun to hang out with, and the office is really a community. I've gotten opportunities to take on really interesting and challenging projects here that friends at other companies don't - if you work hard here, you get a lot of cool opportunities!"

"Zerve's team combines hard work and high standards for ourselves and each other with a fun, relaxed environment. If that sounds like you, I'd encourage you to apply and share that in your interview!"
What don't you like about working at Zerve?
"Well, there's nothing I don't like! But I think the one thing people sometimes don't like here is that you get out what you put in - people who want to coast along in their job aren't going to be happy here. Personally I think that makes our team culture much more enjoyable, but it's not for everyone."

"Keep it up! The management keeps the team updated on major company goals so that we know how our work impacts the company, and they also give us the support to do our jobs well but the space to manage our work independently."

"never worked at any place where I did not like anything at a work place. I believe you should only work at what you like."

"I believe managing consists of lots of factors. such as employees or co-workers must be kept in check and give tasks according to their ability to grow. give challenges to employees time to time to test their ability to profits. if an employee is struggling to progress at their tasks I believe management should definitely step up and train for weak ares."

"Though I am not used to sales, I enjoyed sales, however, the potential for increasing sales was grossly misrepresented. Additionally, there is very little potential for advancement either in sales or within the company."

"In order to score higher profits they push patient account reps like they are machines and have no life. people are told not to leave their desks. The VP walks through the halls and stares at everyone to see if they're working."

"Get off my perch. The VP is rude to everyone. Doesn't care about employees and tries to fire anyone she doesn't personally like."
