"Management was poor in many areas and had little concept to what truly works. They were much more interested in the bottom line and success was second. Security was something I was concerned with."

"Look at quality, background of employees vs. if they were Colonels or Generals in the military as a hiring point. I understand the need for these people, but they should be kept out of the kitchen."

"Upper management should be willing to take more risk in order to gain additional business."

"Create a separate, non military driven company to enter the commercial IT industry. Require upper level management to have adequate experience in the field and hold them accountable for mistakes and not listening to more experienced employees."
