"Management hides behind process and procedures and doesn't make decisions... would rather wait til the last minute and cluge a solution... then blame the workers for not performing and ask for more money from customer."

"Get your chain of command straightened out. You are way too top heavy. Also I think they forget the true meaning of their own slogan, We never forget who we work for. (Hint: it's not stock holders.)"
