"Avoid being turned into a specialized cog that only works in LM process machine. Once you become that cog it is very difficult to advance and try new things out/grow."

"Management hides behind process and procedures and doesn't make decisions... would rather wait til the last minute and cluge a solution... then blame the workers for not performing and ask for more money from customer."

"Get your chain of command straightened out. You are way too top heavy. Also I think they forget the true meaning of their own slogan, We never forget who we work for. (Hint: it's not stock holders.)"

"I wanted to leave the project after six years, but was not allowed. I ended up leaving the company."

"Don't plan on making it a career there. Only a very select few do."

"The hire and fire mentality. Once the program you were working on started to ramp down, there was no security they would find you another program."
