My experience was good where I was able to move around under IS&GS different lines of business i.e. Space, Security, Defense, and Civil, which notably was unheard of but because of my flexibility and drive to propel in a thriving company such as LMC to grow and learn as much as I could have and to pay it forward in my performance with their clients."

"Extremely liked working with different engineering teams, especially system engineering to solve statistical questions concerning material that test outside some set values based on past lot-to-lot values. Problem solving with other engineering teams."

"In Louisiana, do not appear to be assertive or too excited to work too hard, appearing more complacent to the status quo."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"Professional growth, career advancement, and nepotism were a large part of the Louisiana divisions issues that made almost any kind of advancement difficult at best."

"There seems to be too many layers of management especially in the laboratory, which ends up in a micromanagement situation."
