"I've worked at Lockheed Martin for 12 years and still wonder how the Syracuse site makes any money. Moral is at an all time low, management is disconnected from the product development cycle, and process has become our number one product. We are bloated and inefficient."

"Exciting work environment with coworkers that was very helpful and considerate. The management team was very compassionate towards the interns. Programs and meetings were held for interns to learn how to work within a company, allowing for an easy transition that felt welcoming and appreciated. Lots of free food and activities like bowling and get-togethers. Buddy system was used with full time experienced employees to answer questions and get you familiar with the company."
