"Be very careful entering this company. This is NOT a company for experienced professionals - you will be passed over for out-of-school talent; expect to fix many problems created by young leadership development program participants (ELDPs)."

"The company's leadership is extremely top heavy, with multiple positions duplicated two, three and four times over."

"Trim top-heavy management, allow (senior) titles to mean something, do not cuddle non-touchable young leadership development program participants over experienced staff."

"Everyone is working together to accomplish the same goal. We all need to work together to make this happen."

"The amazing programs I have worked on - most rewarding was the D5 Trident II Nuclear Missle Test Program - Launching missiles at LC46 and submarine. D5X Program was serious fun!"
