"It's ok to keep Yankees."

"Lockheed is an excellent company, however, they have let the division in LA lapse in to a strange management style due to promoting mostly local people that have the right name and not perhaps the best skills."

"Extremely liked working with different engineering teams, especially system engineering to solve statistical questions concerning material that test outside some set values based on past lot-to-lot values. Problem solving with other engineering teams."

"In Louisiana, do not appear to be assertive or too excited to work too hard, appearing more complacent to the status quo."

"Professional growth, career advancement, and nepotism were a large part of the Louisiana divisions issues that made almost any kind of advancement difficult at best."

"There seems to be too many layers of management especially in the laboratory, which ends up in a micromanagement situation."

"Management did not give opportunities for advancement to women and minorities."

"Give more opportunities for minorities. I had to fight the system to get a promotion, and that should not have happened if you are qualified for the job regardless of your sex or race."

"I was a contractor and was not receiving benefits. Long hours (but I was paid overtime)."
