"Treat employees with respect so that they will try their best to keep you happy. If you talk down to them they will not respect you and will not put their best effort forward."

"When funding was available the work was fantastic. Always at the forefront of technology and in every engineering discipline. The very best in equipment, personnel and creative latitude was available."

"We in R&D had little job security, considerably less pay than our manufacturing counterparts, and there were lulls in funding that relegated us to tracking telemetry data."
