"L3 is a great employer. They have state-of-the-art online training, meeting facilities, and a cafeteria in house. The coworkers and people there are very helpful, loyal and great to work with. The work flow challenged my skills and I've relied a lot on the team. My supervisor was the best and we still keep in touch. We became good friends. "The insane amount of responsibility heaped on young engineers because of the lack of experienced engineers. This allows you to develop an inordinate amount of skills and experience at an accelerated pace."

"Weak management structure that prefers to let the company's success ride on a few individuals."

"ALST sold out to L3 comm. and it became a corporate nightmare, everyone has tunnel vision as to what they see their job is and not the overall picture of the business, your just a number. Work 22-23 hours straight and go home and then have to explain to some HR bim-bo why you weren't there for your shift the next day."

"Sell the company back to the founders..."
