I would recommend that anyone seeking work with this company to take the time to research the project manager for the job you are applying for. "I really can't complain about L-3 CS-East. They were very good to me for 13 years, I enjoyed working there, and I very much appreciate the experience I gained there. At the end, between business trailing off and poor decisions by management, things got rough (which eventually led to me moving on), but I've heard things have gotten better since I left. Also, I've heard CS-East is an isolated case - judging from what I've heard and seen by the stock, the rest of the company is very good."

"L-3 is a holding company for many corps in the military/homeland defense industry. I worked there full time for more than 10 years. You will need a security secret clearance at minimum, TS with poly is preferred. There is big money and big deception. Emphasis is always to oversell and under deliver. The individuals who can do that get promoted. Very interesting work but a great deal of documentation and paperwork accompanies all projects."
