"L3 is a great employer. They have state-of-the-art online training, meeting facilities, and a cafeteria in house. The coworkers and people there are very helpful, loyal and great to work with. The work flow challenged my skills and I've relied a lot on the team. My supervisor was the best and we still keep in touch. We became good friends. "L-3 is a great dynamic company, with great benefits and a stock purchase program. There is a tech support call number 24 hours a day when a tech is unsure of a problem. There are opportunities to move to other divisions when work is available within other divisions."

"At my location there is no real team spirit."
