"L3 is a great employer. They have state-of-the-art online training, meeting facilities, and a cafeteria in house. The coworkers and people there are very helpful, loyal and great to work with. The work flow challenged my skills and I've relied a lot on the team. My supervisor was the best and we still keep in touch. We became good friends. "I am a contractor at L-3 in the bay area. There is a push to stay compliant with FDA rules and yet a reluctance to teach compliance behaviors. Training is an identified gap in the organization. There are nice software and automated tools but the training for the employees renders this company a great risk as it moves forward towards greater competition and greater FDA visibility. Risky business considering the leadership is comprised of mostly contract personnel."
