"L3 is a great employer. They have state-of-the-art online training, meeting facilities, and a cafeteria in house. The coworkers and people there are very helpful, loyal and great to work with. The work flow challenged my skills and I've relied a lot on the team. My supervisor was the best and we still keep in touch. We became good friends. "There was almost never a dull day and some of the jobs really put your skills to the test."

"The job is much easier to get if you know some one on the inside and have their name on your application."

"There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the staff and management. Some things can just be done better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More open lines of communication without scaring your employees. Also a better job needs to be done handling employees paperwork."
