"L3 is a great employer. They have state-of-the-art online training, meeting facilities, and a cafeteria in house. The coworkers and people there are very helpful, loyal and great to work with. The work flow challenged my skills and I've relied a lot on the team. My supervisor was the best and we still keep in touch. We became good friends. "My job at L3 was the best job I have ever had. I was given as much responsibility as I wanted and the support needed to succeed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If offered a job, take it. L3 was a good company to work for. It was sometimes hard to get a pat on the back, but the work was exciting and the company allowed you to follow it through from concept to conclusion."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"I do not work for L3 any longer. What I didn't like was that they laid me off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were there I would place less importance on landing government contracts and more importance on finding acceptable markets for our products."
