What do you like about working at L-3?

"The educational package pays for full college tuition if the degree program applies to current or future positions. Also, management is VERY supportive of the personnel taking outside classes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find out the managers that you will be working for and find out about the culture within that department."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"The atmosphere at the office is not conducive to deviating from what is directed from the bosses even if the process can be approved."
