"Working for a subsidiary of L-3 comes with career challenges. Contract work varies and each project manager is very different. I would recommend that anyone seeking work with this company to take the time to research the project manager for the job you are applying for. I would also recommend you research your options for follow-on work once the contract is complete. If you decide to work for any company that falls under L3, utilize the opportunities they offer for additional training and certs."

What do you like about working at L-3?

"Company has decent benefits and the work is not very challenging"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't! I would not recommend working for this company even to my worst enemy. I have never worked for a company that has invested so little in their employee. Management cares more about themselves then the people doing the actual work."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"Too much to mention. This company does not know how to treat their employes, there is no type of reward program for employees that go above and beyond. The company does not make their employees feel appreciated, we are more just a number than an actual person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would put more effort into making my employees feel better apreciated and not feel like just a number."
