"I read what a prior Reviewer wrote. 100000000% do your prior DUE DILIGENCE!!! Ask those questions that you are afraid to ask or don't want to ask for fear of not getting the job.... you'd rather NOT get the job then proceed and be bound to terms.."

"Share your tools and walk the walk, don't just talk. Field oversight at least initially would help immensely with training. Not being involved in a Class Action while a new employee is trying to earn a paycheck would also help."
