"Unfortunately the retail piece of the business was small compared to the total and due to this I didn't always get the time I needed with management, nor all of the necessary resources."

"After working for them for so many years, I would have rather been working for a small company, more personal. GE was such a large company with so many employees I felt like just a number."

"After several mergers the top managers were not sales people. They did not have a good understanding of what went on in the field. They let a lot of good people go and put a cap on our income."
