"I have worked at General Electric for a little over 9 years. I found GE to be a fair employer with great growth opportunities for advancement and sound succession planning. The work environment was great and the culture was diverse and professional. GE had a pretty good compensation package and offered RRSP matching along with a healthy benefit package. "GE as a company is a wonderful place to work. It offers a great compensation package, it allows a balance between worklife and office. It allow for personal growth if you are willing and able to relocate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In our particular office we are going through a big relocation and restructuring. Decisions were made that has and will take the organization in different direction at a price of it employees. My hope is the new organization retains the integrity that brought it to where it is today and made people want to come to work everyday."
