"My experience is that it was difficult to maintain an acceptable work/life balance. If that is a priority I would ask about the immediate and senior managers, as well as the companies perspective. I would also ask very specific questions around long-term career growth opportunities."

"For the time and circumstances that were unique to me - the organization offered limited long term career growth opportunities for me."

"Not much, if I had to pick one. Career Musical Chairs, the top talent changed position every 24-49 mths. A lot of times there was a knowledge lost ."
